Artist's Statement:
As an artist I do many types of work, but I have found that I gain some of my greatest artistic and personal satisfaction through portraiture. Capturing a person’s likeness and telling something of the person through my work is a very meaningful process to me. When a client commissions me to do a portrait, I know that I will be working with them to create a lasting, cherished treasure of a loved one and will be preserving their memories of moments in time.

I normally work from photographs but also am available to work from portrait sittings.
