Chesapeake Bay Life Mural

Matapeake Elementary School
in
Stevensville, Maryland
This mural was done in the cafeteria of Matapeake Elementary School. It contains rock fish, terrapins, swans, crabs, ducks, cow nose rays, oysters, and an array of other aquatic life found in the habitat of the Chesapeake Bay. The Bloody Point Lighthouse is also a part of this mural. The mural was painted by local artists Tilghman, William, and Laura Hemsley.
