Welcome to the "All Dressed
Up For Childhood" Series Print Gallery
The watercolor series entitled "All Dressed Up For Childhood" is a work by artist Eileen Slifer.
The project spans a period of three years in the making. Eileen has
created a series of ten fun and lively, colorful paintings
illustrating children either in play costumes or other special
occasion "dress-ups." The backgrounds are illustrated with both real
and imaginary settings and props related to the painting's theme. The
set of large, matted and framed originals are currently available for
sale. Also available are complete sets of matted and framed limited
edition prints in a smaller size. These make a wonderful addition to
artwork collections for pediatric offices, hospitals, nursing homes,
maternity wards, libraries, day cares and elementary schools. They are
sure to enrich the visual environment for both children and adults as
they are amused and entertained by the whimsical colors, humor,
expressions and props in these paintings. Children will identify with
the life-like painted figures and adults will be reminded of the
innocent, everyday humor that the children in their lives bring.
